We host undergraduate interns from partner colleges on live, mentor-supervised projects across software, teaching, marketing, design and operations — not just shadow-work, but real contributions to systems used by hundreds of students and parents every day.
A school is more than classrooms — running it well involves engineering, design, communication, finance and people-work. Interns can join across these areas based on their background and interest.

Posters, prospectus, newsletters, certificates and event creatives using Canva, Figma and Adobe tools.
Cover school events, sports day, annual day; produce short reels and a yearly highlights film.
Front-office shadowing, admissions desk, document workflows, and end-to-end school operations exposure.
Catalogue, digitise and curate the school library; help build a small e-resource portal for students.
Assist PE teachers with junior coaching, inter-house tournaments and physical-fitness drives.
Lab maintenance, demo preparation, and hands-on practical sessions for senior classes.
Psychology / sociology students assist the counsellor with peer-mentoring and student-wellness programs.
Commerce students get exposure to school accounting, cashbook, fee reconciliation and payroll basics.
Help coordinate the Mother-Teacher program, organise parent meetings and run community outreach.
A real, working software product — not a college mini-project. Built by an industry team inside our campus, with student interns participating end-to-end.
Crestly is the school-management platform that runs our day-to-day operations — admissions, fees, attendance, examinations, parent communication, payroll and more. It was designed and developed by Shadowbiz Startups Developer in close collaboration with the CCA team: their engineers literally sat at the school, understood the real pain-points of teachers, accountants and parents, and built each module against actual school workflows.
Selected BCA / B.Tech interns from partner colleges are inducted into the Crestly team for the duration of their internship. They work on real tickets, push code that goes live to teachers and parents the same day, and learn the discipline of building software for a production environment.
